Y O G A IS NOT RELIGION The root word of Yoga is 'yuj', it's mean the union of; individual soul and universal soul, individual consciousness and universal consciousness, atma and paramatma , prana and apana . But Patanjali says, in Yoga Sutra Patanjali is "Discipline". The beginning of attaining based on very simple thing "Discipline". Yoga Sutra Patanjali is not a religion, what you have to do and what you have not to do. But taught you how to achieve the attain.
